Alpine Luxury Resort Schwarzenstein, I-Luttach
New slide – fun for young and old
The exclusive all-inclusive wellness hotel in Luttach, I-South Tyrol, has been offering its guests additional slide fun for young and old since the summer.
A 59 m long tube slide RR0825 provides additional fun at the wellness resort. The slide has many beautiful lighting effects (LED Runninglight, LED Spidernet, Daylight Twister effect) and a slide time display, and there is also a new children’s slide for the little ones in the children’s pool, with a water cascade, various spray nozzles and a deer to play and linger in.
It was a particular challenge to fit the slide system into the existing pool despite the lack of space. As you can see, this was a great success.
Hotel Obermühle, Garmisch Partenkirchen
The 4*S traditional Hotel Obermühle in Garmisch-Partenkirchen combines the best of the past and the present: almost 100 years of hospitality and traditional values – combined with modern comfort and alpine lifestyle.
Before Christmas, the hotel opened a new toddler area in the swimming pool with a children’s pool with pirate ship, children’s slide, various play and splash animals, water cascade and a swing pump. An existing room was adapted for this purpose and transformed into a children’s pool.
It was a particular challenge to convert the existing building in just 6 weeks and hand over the facility ready for operation before Christmas.

Falkensteiner Hotel Montafon *****
Since mid-December 2022, the Falkensteiner Hotel Montafon has been the first five-star family hotel in the region to welcome its guests directly on the Golm adventure mountain near Tschagguns, Vorarlberg, Austria.
The Falkensteiner Hotel is part of the Leading Hotels of the World and was recognized as a climate-neutral hotel even before it opened.
The hotel aims to offer families and children of all ages a special vacation and creates exciting experiences and thrilling adventures in nature and on site.
For the slide adventure, AQUARENA was allowed to build a 63 m long tube slide RR0825 in the spa area, which is equipped with many alternating light effects. An AquaWide wide slide with a length of just under 20 m is available for a shared slide ride – and there is also a toddler slide for the little guests to enjoy.
Hotel Schopfenhof, Toblach, Italy – South Tyrol (built 2022)
Fun for kids – fun & games for the youngest guests
The 4-star Hotel Schopfenhof in Dobbiaco has come up with something very special for younger guests. The little guests have their own pool area with children’s and baby pools, each with a water depth of just 40 and 20 cm respectively. The highlight: behind it is an interactive water play wall.
Here the kids can trigger different effects to their heart’s content. Different water games are triggered by playing the hand or steering wheels. A waterfall starts, the attached tipping bucket fills up and various water spray nozzles provide a fun splashing experience.
The wall is also beautifully designed and themed, giving young guests the impression of being in the middle of an aquarium.
The hotel has come up with a little special feature. A soundproof glass front now allows guests to keep an eye on their children at all times without disturbing the peace and quiet of the other guests. In this way, the Hotel Schopfenhof combines safety and relaxation in the most uncomplicated way possible.
Hotel Tante Frida, Maria Alm, Austria
The exclusive brand collection “The Eder Collection” from the Austrian hotelier family Schwaiger opened its third hotel in Maria Alm in the Hochkönig region in December 2021.
The extravagant architectural and content concept of the new family hotel named “Tante Frida” surprises, touches and inspires its guests and is a tribute to all children young and old.
For the colorful indoor and outdoor adventure world, we supplied an 80 m insulated tube slide with stairs, spray cannons, toddler slide and the Aunt Frida parrot as a splash figure in the toddler pool.
The facility is thermally insulated to reduce energy and operating costs, making sliding fun even in freezing temperatures.
Colorful, cool LED light effects, dark sections and a glass section (CrystalTube) ensure lots of fun and variety during the slide ride.
Movi Family Apart-Hotel, Corvara
Many adventures await at the new Movi Family Apart-Hotel in Corvara.
Located in the heart of the Dolomites, the hotel offers its guests unique outdoor experiences, modern living spaces, culinary surprises and a wellness paradise for young and old.
In the Aqua-Fun-World, the name says it all: pure water fun for young and old! Swim in a race, splash around in the baby pool, whizz down the water slides or have fun at the water games table. AQUARENA has equipped the water world with the following attractions:

In keeping with the region, the newly built water park offers hotel guests not only sliding fun but also numerous climbing attractions and interactive water games.
The 650 m² water park is divided into 3 areas:
Baby & toddler: 0-4 years:
AQUARENA kidspool ensures a successful visual integration into the stylish interior. With slide and splash figure.
Adventure pool 4-12 years:
3 different. Slides, climbing elements, play platforms and numerous water games guarantee hours of fun with no chance of boredom. The wooden look blends in perfectly with the alpine appearance of the hotel landscape.
Slides for ages 8 and up:
A special highlight is the Body²Racer competition slide
Two identical, long slides with a common profile ensure a competition between the two opponents. An entertainment start provides visual graphics, the sound at the start provides background music and the race traffic light creates a Formula 1 feeling. An intermediate time measurement shows red or green lights on the track for additional thrills. At the end of the course, the winner is rewarded with a light signal and the loser is encouraged to take a shower to revange.
Timekeeping with ranking goes without saying.
The entire construction project was completed in less than 4 months, from the ground-breaking ceremony to the opening.
Hotel Edelweiß in Grossarl (A) , built in 2018
One of the best hotels in Austria has been upgraded. In addition to a qualitative overall improvement of the offer in the renowned house, a total of 5 different water slides were installed on an area of approx. 900 m² over 3 floors. In addition to a Quattro-Slide and a turbo slide, a large water slide, a wide slide and a children’s slide have also been installed. The hotel now offers sliding fun for children and teenagers as well as for all other hotel guests.
A modern children’s pool with typical regional attractions such as a tractor slide or a water-spraying cow on a further 300 m² complete the offer for the little ones.
The project is outstanding throughout the industry and the Hettegger family is setting new standards in the hotel industry with this huge construction project.
Amonti Lunaris Resort in the Ahrntal Valley (I), built in 2018
Alpine lifestyle is a top priority at Amonti Lunairs and is also reflected in the children’s indoor pool.
The wide slide and a tube slide with numerous LED effects underline the modern architecture. A perfect example of how modern architecture and appealing attractions are not mutually exclusive, but can harmonize perfectly.

The Reiterer family has recognized the need for a toddler area and facilities for children even in a 5-star hotel and has installed visually appealing attractions and a state-of-the-art kids’ pool from Aquarena.
The figures for the children’s pool were specially designed by an artist, appeal to the little ones with their child-friendly appearance and yet fit harmoniously into the high-quality design of the pool area.

The luxury camping resort surprises with a swimming pool/water park/wellness temple of the highest standard.
In addition to a 50m indoor swimming pool, the new 100m long tire slide, which can be used with single and double rings, will impress adventure-hungry hotel or camping guests.
The slide system is thermally insulated. Numerous translucent double-shell portholes with different smiley motifs ensure that the inside of the slide is bright. Naturally with timekeeping.
There is a children’s pool with a hut, footbridge platform, slide and other attractions for the little ones.

Refurbishment and modernization
New AquaFun water play park and new design for the baby pool. A special highlight is the water play table which can be used by up to 10 children at the same time.
Hotel Ideal in Leifers (I) (built 2017)
Even a city hotel has to stand out from other hotels. Stand out is to be understood literally here. Due to a lack of space, a tube slide was quickly added to the roof of the Skypool. The slide is now suspended 20 meters above the hotel façade, taking up neither space nor the view. Only the landing device is located directly next to the pool on the roof. Glass elements provide a breathtaking view during the slide.
